I deleted a photo by mistake. Can I get it back?
Open Photos → Recently Deleted and check whether the photo is available to recover. iOS normally keeps deleted items for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner. The app cannot recover items no longer there.
Why hasn't my storage gone down?
Deleted items may still occupy storage in Recently Deleted. Storage savings are estimates and depend on device and iCloud settings; available space may not change until items are permanently removed. Emptying Recently Deleted removes those recovery options.
The app says it can only see some of my photos
That means iOS is set to "Limited Access" and is only sharing the photos you hand-picked. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Don't Date and choose Full Access. The app needs to see your library to tell you what's in it.
Will it ask me about the same photo twice?
No. Every decision is recorded on your device, and a photo you've already dealt with never returns to the deck. You can stop mid-session and come back whenever.
What happens when I swipe up?
The photo is kept and marked as a Favorite in your normal iOS photo library — the same favorite the Photos app uses. You'll find it in your Favorites album.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. This brings back a plan you bought previously, including on another device signed in to the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel the weekly plan?
Weekly plans are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Don't Date Your Photos, and cancel there. The lifetime option is a single payment and has nothing to cancel.
Do you have my photos?
The app does not upload your photo library or sorting history to us. In version 1.1, sharing a selected photo is your choice through the iOS share sheet. Update services receive technical identifiers and diagnostics, not your photo library. See the privacy policy for the details.
